New York City, or as the world knows it ‘The Big Apple’ has been hit hard by the Coronavirus. Vibrant streets were empty for months, restaurants and the street vendors that gave it much of its unique character were noticeable by their absence and even the old school yellow cabs were missing from its streets, as were the hordes of visitors that once thronged Times Square. However, along with much of the U.S. New York City seems to be on the mend – and it cannot be very long before it once again assumes its place as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

The city buzzes, no matter the time of day or night. It is filled to the brim with opportunities to indulge in arts and culture – and take a seat at some of the best and most highly rated eateries in the United States – and the world. Of course, anytime day or night that one wants a more lowbrow experience any one of New York’s dive bars or nightclubs will welcome you with open arms to engage with stockbrokers, blue-collar workers, or the mega-rich and famous.
